Brueckentorsaal,Rinteln was the venue in Lower Saxony for this Super Featherweight bout last weekend where Leonie Giebel took her winning record to twelve with the stoppage of Melanie Wagenfuehr who at 32 years old as been stopped in all four of her fights.Apparently Melanie as been suspended till the 25th of June.For her own safety??

Headliners many years ago were without doubt the Skarvan sisters in action here against each other.

One of the best bouts of the night with Vanessa declared the winner despite an attempt to kick her opponent which got her a ticking off from the ref.

UNWELCOME NEWS!!! I'm sure all the world as been told the propaganda surrounding Frau Merkel inviting  a large proportion of the Islamic world to take up residence in Germany. What press reports don't like to tell is the problems this policy is causing,most recently in Dresden  which as suffered many problems recently police were called in numbers to an asylum center in Hamburger Straße as a result of two Georgian men asking a fourteen year old boy to get them food at 9.15pm a time when food is reserved for Muslims as it is Ramadan and they are only allowed to eat after sunset.The result was a large kick off in which two police were injured and a total of 50 officer were needed. Needless to say residents of Dresden are sick of this kind of occurence and are becoming supporters of the AfD Party the only people to dare to oppose Merkel's lunacy.

I often wonder if the late Micheal Winner was a fan of girls fighting when he could persuade stars like Faye Dunaway to take part in films like The Wicked Lady with it's almost classic scene of her fighting Mirina Sirtis back in 1983.
