A regular opponent for the girls at LWS is the Micksta a fit yong man who I believes hobby is cycling.
WHO WERE THE GIRLS...ANSWERS.
Although none of the girls wrestled in that episode there were some well known and some not so well known faces. Velma Hardy was played by Annie Ross was best known as a member of the jazz vocal trio of Lambert Hendriks and Ross,another not so well known fact was that she was the mother of that well known Scottish entertainer Jimmy Logan. Sheila was played by Diana Davies a Manchester born actress who is probably best known in the UK for her parts in soap opera's Coronation Street where she played Norma Ford and Emmerdale Farm where she played Caroline Bates between 1984 and 1999. Melody was played by Floella Benjamin a familiar face to viewers of childrens tv where she presented Play School,Play Away and Fast Forward,her other talents included singer,author,politician and later devoting er time to charity work which earned her an OBE making her Baroness Benjamin. Last but not least was Actress Anna Carteret who played Joy/Sara Anna was born in Bangalor

The new year brings thoughts of better weather and holiday times and just to get us there Asteria and Hera wrestling in the warmer sun in Greece, it's hard to believe that this was fifteen years ago,strangely around the last time I visited the Greek Islands.
