A REAL BEATING.
I have mentioned before my amazement at any girl wanting to take part in this kind of fight and been told that many of them are doing it just to pay off fines and bail bonds.But I have to ask why when a girl could now take up boxing or wrestling would she willingly take a beating like this?After all the girl whose face ended as real mess was not bad looking at the start.One of the reasons I am also told is that many of them have drug problem.
I've always been surprised that nobody has ever been sued for arranging and filming these fights. If these girls are so hard-up for money all they'd need to do would be blow the whistle on these nuts in a law suit for any injuries they received. I think something like that is what put Crystal Films to rest.
ReplyDeleteWhat's happening here with producers of Queen of the Hood is about one half a step above 'bum fights' ; the morons who get homeless people to fight for drinking money.
Again, this sort of thing gives the whole FF scene like DWW, Fighting Style and other legitimate producers and events, a bad name.
Like Forrset Gump would say ;

Which describes both the arrangers and 'competitors' .
This is one of the few genres I talk about from time to time because it's obvious what it is so I never actually see it. I agree with the first Anonymous' comments completely. Very well-said.

I would just add at least Crystal Films did have decent rules to follow and the women were highly admired for tenacity and skills (no matter at what level).
If there's a drug problem involved then engaging in this is even worse and these people need real help.
