BOXING IN FILMS.
There haven't been too many films about the female boxing scene so Blonde Fist a few years back as become almost a classic.Starring scouse actress Margi Clarke this fight scene when viewed recently had a friend of mine take a look at her opponent and question,was it the London parks gardener and Festelle favourite Susi Catkins(Atkins)?
It is Susan Atkins - she is listed in the credits. She was also the technical advisor on the movie.
ReplyDeleteThe film is about Clarke's character travelling to the States to find her father. The two boxing sequences are pretty short and are only tenuously related to the storyline.
