THE END OF AN ERA.
Sad news out of Germany,the long time champion of womens boxing as gone broke.
Under it's founder Klaus-Peter Kohl it had promoted many champions including Ina Menzer.
In 2011 Peter decided to retire and sold out to Waldemar Kluch who it would appear still owes Herr Kohl some of the money,beside having run up a debt of €3 million in a short space of time.
For many of the twenty eight years Herr Kohl headed the promotion he had contracts with tv stations,it would appear Herr Kluch was unable to maintain these valuable contacts.
