ANOTHER MORAL GAURDIAN!!!!
No doubt many of you will have read of Blogger's change of policy. As from mid March the adult content warning will not be enough and they will be empowered to remove offensive content and even the blog itself.
Along with others who feature female combat I have been warned that this blog will be deemed guilty and the only way I will be allowed to continue is by making it private and it's only viewers will have to be known to me and the people at Blogger. Not something that many fans want!!!
In the eyes of the morals police women wrestling or boxing is sexually explicit and the fact that often the girls are topless
is deemed graphic nudity.
is deemed graphic nudity.
Blogger appear to have fallen into the same trap as Prudetube and like them take offence at a bare breast, but have no problem with racism, homophobia and worse.
For these reasons I shall not be updating the blog and will look for a new outlet for my thoughts.
My thanks for everyones support over past almost nine years!!!
I'm sorry to hear that. I really enjoyed your blog, especially the variety
ReplyDeleteHold the phone. Google has reportedly reversed the decisions, so Blog On.
ReplyDeleteActually, had your good and diligent offices not informed me of this latest 4-1-1, I probably never would have even known about it ... Everything you've said is Very Well said and whatever the hell butt-brain-itis they had it now seems their arsehole has been transplanted into their collective brain as well, causing them to crap inexorably like a flood over a dam.
ReplyDeleteUntil such time in mid-March when this crap takes effect, I will do whatever I can to dig deeper into this asinine-and-insane policy revision and try and persuade those who have final regulatory authority to reverse themselves.
Again, Much Appreciation for this latest "news" and it is actually us who need to Thank You for all you do and continue to do around here.
A very sad news. I will miss your posts and movies
ReplyDeleteKlaus: Your colleagues over at femfighting.blogspot.com were dealing with this same thing, but they received a follow-up notice, posted this morning:

Maybe you aren't finished yet (unless you just want to be...). Blog on!
I do want to thank you for the effort you have put into this blog. I have enjoyed it over the years and appreciate. I do hope you will reconsider your decision not to make it private as I am sure a number of your regular viewers, like myself would remain interested. Thanks nonetheless for your involvement. This really is a shame but not too surprising. I do fee like your blog was very well done and do not agree at all with this moral trend in judgement. Very unfortunate.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very unfortunate development and most disturbing. It is a shame when others are able to force their moral judgments on others regarding material such as this which in my opinion has been very tastefully presented over the years. I thank you for the time and effort you have had involved. I do hope you will reconsider your decision to discontinue your blog and will consider making it private per these new requirements. I am sure there are others like myself that would continue to participate and support your efforts. Thanks again.

ReplyDeletehave recanted: https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/6177281?hl=en&rd=1
ReplyDeleteI see on another blog that this change has been cancelled
ReplyDeleteback to the current rules
good news eh?
Google has backed down. Your blog is safe.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, by now you know the planned (arse-a-holic) policy revision has been cancelled ...
ReplyDelete... and here's hoping whoever pounded some sense into those morons successfully gets a well-deserved shout-out from someone ... and here's also hoping you can permanently be spared the trouble of re-locating ...
Cheers !!! ...
Sad news - thanks for all your work on a great blog. Will miss your posts.
ReplyDeleteKlaus, are you aware that Google never implemented their adult restrictions after all?
ReplyDeleteI am very sorry for you... and all of us!!! You are right. No problem with racism, homophobia, violence and worse!
ReplyDeleteAre you sure about this? Check out the Female Fight Theatre blog where there's been a change of heart, and Blogger (has) canceled the new full nudity policy and moved back to the old requirements (adult warning at the site entrance, no porn ads, etc).
