A great favourite during the 80's was
Jodie Lee star of the BWA Promotions.Originally from Bury in Lancashire she even rose to have her own column in the Swish Publication,Fighting Girls Monthly.
Her opponent was the six foot tall Julie Fielding
who made her debut in the BWA while still doing exams.Many will remember her appearing on the regional tv show Granada Reports in 1984.Sadly she departed the scene after only twelve months.
