ReplyDeleteSo earning or working for their welfare money ... yes, I can understand that ... but requiring any type of mandatory, competitive fighting activity in order to qualify for such payments ... no ... that's a bad idea.
So if anyone wants to learn more about making an idea like that work, they really need to learn to work to forget about it.
