ONLY EIGHT YEARS LATE!!!!

Eight years ago RTL tv network put on a series of boxing bouts featuring celebrity boxers,the two girls to don the gloves were adult actress Michaela Schaffrath and heavy rocker Doro Pesch,they were managed and coached for the task by Daisy Langer and Regina Halmich from the pro ranks.

I have been requested many times to put on line a record of the bout.Why you may ask?Possibly because unlike a number of these kind of events which took place at the time the girls fought without the ridicule of crash hats.I was at the time resident in Germany and able to gauge the reaction,right from the advertising sequence(also featured here) to the actual bout and often reflect on the amount of good press it got.Possibly one of the reasons why womens bouts have made it to top billing in Germany.

I have mentioned before that the British topless model Sam Fox was scheduled to take part in a later promotion,but although I can find odd clips of her gloved up preparing to enter the ring,as yet I have found no footage of the fight.Can any fans out there help?
