Something I mentioned a little while back was that due to the economic climate many bar owners in Europe are suffering and that for the rental of a boxing ring and a couple of pairs of gloves they could improve their takings by more than a few quid.This clip was sent me by one such bar owner who would love to put on such a show,but dreads the consequences if the powers that be were to find out.

Didn't we? Ask many people who know little about the female fight scene and many will tell you that it is largely populated by lesbians. So it was rather interesting that the 23 year old Brazilian Miss Dos Santos who lost to Ramona Kühne in Potsdam Germany this weekend admitted it.She also admitted a liking for the many German blondes around Potsdam. Why this should come as a shock I aren't sure as I know of a few girls many of them wrestlers who have a preference for girls. So well done Miss Dos Santos!!!  

In answer to a recent request from Alan in Leeds UK a little more action taken from 8mm film.Alan was a great fan of Vicky Montrose and saw many of her bouts around the Yorkshire area. A pic that will probably interest him is of Vicky with Kerry Nolan who worked the same curcuit.Interestingly one of the bouts Alan best remembered was the boxing match against Sue Brittain.What he didn't mention was that Vicky also took on Kerry in a boxing match. Both bouts are on offer from"Rocking Roxanne" in the USA.Like him I do wonder what became of the girls? 

The concluding part of the bout against Ria who proved a more than worthy opponent for a number of the Festelle girls of the time.
