WHO IS THAT GUY?
I have often posed the question where is Jeff the Ref?And got no response,so come on fans tell us who is the guy who seems to have replaced him?Seen here in his early days in charge of two Festelle girls,more recently he as moved on to take charge of bouts for Monica and others.
Looks like Phil Ryder. As for Jeff, he's doing fine but is no longer associated with any particular wrestling outfit.
