ANY ONE KNOW??

There must be some one out Arizona way who can answer the question,is it a legal requirement in that state to where tops?In this case it would seem a little futile as the pale skinned blonde girl seems to have lovely little breasts with a mind of their own.

  1. Good question ... Arizona currently says it's illegal for women to be topless in public if fully exposed. Translation: Women must be covered at least over the nipple and areola areas of the breasts. To be criminal exposure, there's a "secondary" requirement that such topless exposure would have to be committed in a reckless manner offensive or alarming to other people who might be present. No, I'm not a prude but I strongly advocate appropriately covered female breasts in public at all times even beyond the referenced areas with mandatory cover support by the use of bra-like straps or behind-the-back attachment for control. I'm definitely not saying breast cleavage can't be shown. I'm saying I draw the line at decency by saying female breasts in public should not be displayed to the point where they're so exposed and unsupported they're flying all over the place. Those who say I'm sexist are long on boners in their brains and just plain damn short on brains.
