This to me looks like the work of Judelle du Longe and the girl described as Mexican is I believe Elvira Rojas.But who was the blonde?
Looking at the quality this is probably from a 70s Super 8 film.

At any rate (and, just for reference, I believe her name is spelled Judell du Long), her cadre of female wrestling superstars were organized in at least 2 wrestling training-and-event camps: Camp Amazon (California, USA) and later in Washington Women Wrestling (Washington, USA).
She did so much damn good work for the cause of real female wrestling she and ALL of them deserve High Recognition in some type of Women's Wrestling Hall of Fame, if you ask me.
