ANYONE KNOW?

Can any fan put some detail to this one?By the film quality and muffled sound track I think it came from an old 8mm film.

So what was the year?Judging by the hair,head and pube,some time ago.Though as I said a little while back shaving is out of fashion,according to a few well known ladies.
