MYSTERY????

Something I failed to notice of late was pointed out to me the other day,the guys behind this video seem to have gone from the scene.
I did wonder if this is due to the fact that the economy in Greece is in a bit of a mess and some doubt as to wether they can remain in the Euro.

Does anyone out there have any knowledge as I for one will miss these bouts in the sunshine. Not to mention the lovely girls like
Khati and
Julie.

  1. I don't think that Fightingstyle had anything to do with Greece, other than coming over here during the off-season to film and make use of the predictable weather and the low cost. The girls had greek screen names but they obviously were not greek. I think that there have only ever been 3-4 girls from Greece involved in this scene. most notably Nandia, a fairly well known bodybuilder.

    1. I agree - Greece was simply a venue for the company but the competitors were from many different places. In fact the pictures show two examples - Canadian Mutiny in the first and Ukrainian Maia (seated) in the second. I thought the company was primarily based in Germany, but whatever its origin its a real shame it no longer operates and its back catalogue seems to be unavailable.

  2. The late and much-missed Jeff ('The Ref') Long was involved with Fighting Style for a while but the boss was the UK-based American Bill Johnson. For years, from Femwin days, Bill tragically insisted on featuring in his mixed wrestling productions two Brits, Symon and Andrew, despite their being the most tedious and technically useless male 'wrestling dummies' in the business. Many of the productions that did not feature these two, however, were excellent. Another Greek girl who took part in the Greek events was Jenny Panther, who even fought nude on one occasion.
