It's more of whether one as [did I spell that right ? ... :) :) :)] her level of fitness commensurate with her level of training (if one as the capability, then one can probably acquire the skill ... but not necessarily the other way around ... first comes the fitness ... then comes training ... and neither of them are necessarily age-dependent ...)
